Frequently Asked Questions
If you’re starting your journey with High Performance Health, you may have questions — and you deserve straightforward answers.
Getting Started
Here are quick answers to the most common things people ask before starting care with us.
How do I get started?
You begin with a hormone test. This gives us the deeper data we need to understand what’s actually driving your symptoms. Once your results come in, you’ll meet with your provider for a Results & Roadmap Call where we walk through everything together and outline a clear, personalized plan.
Can I ask questions before signing up?
Yes. If you’re unsure about the process or which test is right for you, you can email our team anytime. We’re here to help you feel confident and informed before taking the next step.
Do I need an appointment before the test?
No. Your test is the first step. Once you complete it, you’ll automatically schedule your Results & Roadmap Call.
Our Process
Here are quick answers to the most common things people ask before starting care with us.
Where are you located?
High Performance Health is fully virtual. You can complete your test from home or at a nearby draw center, meet with your provider through secure video calls, and receive all therapies and supplements directly to your doorstep.
What happens during the Results & Roadmap Call?
We review your hormone and metabolic markers one by one, explain what they mean in plain language, and show you how they connect to how you’ve been feeling. We then outline a personalized plan so you know exactly what comes next.
How long does it take to get results?
Most results are available within seven to ten days. As soon as everything is processed, we notify you and schedule your review call.

Do I have to have insurance?
No. We work outside the insurance system so we can run deeper testing, personalize your plan, and use therapies most insurance won’t cover. This gives you better care without the limitations or surprise bills that come with traditional insurance.
How much does the hormone test cost?
Pricing varies depending on the test you choose, but the cost is always transparent. Each test includes the full panel, your review call, and your personalized plan. You’ll see the exact price before checking out.
